The Coronado T-Birds and Franklin Cougars will open their 2014-15 home schedule this Saturday, November 22 and Sunday, November 23 at the Event Center.  FREE ADMISSION

The Franklin Cougars have got off to a fantastic 7-0 start.  The Rhinos swept the Permian Basin Pumpjacks in Odessa to open their season and then followed that by going 5-0 in New Mexico.  In their second season of the NMIIHL, the Cougars look to take care of some unfinished business from last year as they finished as runner-ups in the championship.

The Coronado T-Birds find themselves in unfamiliar territory to start their season.  After losing only two games in the last two combined seasons, the T-Birds have started off their season 3-2-1.  Splitting their opening weekend in Odessa, the T-Birds went 2-1-1 in New Mexico.  If the T-Birds hope to 3-peat they will have to continue to improve each weekend of play.

The T-Birds will face off against the La Cueva Bears this Saturday, November 22nd at 3:15pm.
The Cougars will play the Bears Sunday, November 23rd at 9:00am

The next home stand for the two teams will be December 12th and 13th as the Durango Devils visit the Sun City.
