Stick and Puck is an open ice format where players are able to work on their skills in a non-formal setting for all ages. No games/scrimmages will be allowed and there will not be coaches to perform drills/practice. Sessions are 45 minutes.

There will be nets on the ice and pucks will be provided.  Full equipment is required! This includes skates, helmet, shin pads, stick, gloves, shoulder pads, and elbow pads.

*Equipment will not be able to be rented out during these sessions (including skates)

The cost for this 45 minute on-ice session is $20!
