Girls Weekend

Summer skills development camp for U8-U19 female hockey players of all skill levels, led by an all-female coaching staff.

Dedicated focus on skating, shooting and stick handling, with 1 hour of power skating and 1 hour of skills and drills each day. Plus off-ice sessions for dryland, conditioning, team-building, and mental performance to develop the well-rounded athlete.
